Daily Yoga and Meditation
As your retreat host, Gabbie will be leading the mornings with Vinyasa Yoga in the meditation hall. Her training in Rishikesh, India roots her practice in tradition and a deep respect for the origins of yoga.
Her sessions connect movement with breath, creating a peaceful rhythm throughout each sequence. Beginner or experienced yogi, vinyasa welcomes you.
Personal Growth Workshops

Forest Trail Hiking and Pond Swimming
The 115 acre property includes minimally disturbed forest trails that feel like a fairytale. Slow down, breathe deep and take time to soak in the mossy groves, woodland creeks and abundance of mushrooms and wildflowers. You might catch sight of the local herd of white-tail deer, who rely heavily on these woods.
There are a number of ponds that are great for a swim or to cool off on hot days. All the ponds are naturally fed by spring snowmelt and rainwater and remain remarkably clear and clean.
Dancing, Chanting Singing
The Hearth offers a gathering space perfect for dancing, singing, chanting and giggling at ourselves. Let loose and get to know yourself on a deeper level as you release an inner goddess just waiting to be discovered.
You’ll feel free in this space, miles away from fear of embarrassment or social rejection.

Exfoliation Abhyanga 60min $125
using a combination of oil and a custom herbal powder blend in a full body abhyanga to deeply exfoliate and relax. Removes dead skin to create a super smooth layer.
Pada Abhyanga 30min $55
foot/ankle massage with herbal oil and marma pressure points. Softens ankle muscles for those on their feet often.
Shiro Abhyanga 30min $55
head/neck massage with herbal oil and marma points. Moisturizes skin; improves hair health
Shirodhara 35min $150
slow oil stream across the forehead and at the third eye center. Includes a 35min Abhyanga. Relaxing to mind, body, and nervous system. Advised for those with anxiety/stress/worries, sleep disorders; balances vata energy; supports hair health/dandruff/hair loss; migraines.
Basti (back, neck, or knee) 60min $135
a dam of dough is placed on the desired location and filled with warm herbal oil. During the treatment the cooled oil is replaced with warm oil for 30mins. Includes with a 35min Abhyanga. Reduces pain/stiffness/discomfort in a localized area; sciatica.
Udvartana 60min $95
dry herbal body scrub using quick upward movements along limbs. Includes face, head, and foot abhyanga. Benefits weight loss, type 2 diabetes, obesity and excess oil or kapha. Highly exfoliating and invigorating; improves complexion and circulation.
Who is Dayna Holli
Ayurvedic Practitioner, Ayurvedic Wellness Consultant, Yoga Instructor, Panchakarma Technician
Dayna’s education is rooted in traditional teachings in India and California. She has worked alongside doctors at clinics and hospitals in India providing Ayurvedic treatments to patients.
She is the owner of Yoga.Ayurveda.Love, a peaceful space in New Haven, CT where she provides an extensive list of Ayurvedic treatments
She actively practices and follows the teachings of Abraham Hicks, Swami Vivekananda, Swami Tyagananada, Sadhguru, Paramahansa Yogananda, Tony Robbins, Oprah and various other spiritual teachers, poets, writers and artists.

Chef Justine brings extensive experience in farm-to-table cooking and baking, so you’re surely in for a treat! You can look forward to lots of colorful and flavorful salads, soups, stir-fries, curries and more, always with an emphasis on nourishing, organic and locally sourced ingredients (including some grown right at Sky Meadow!).

These private suites are located in The Retreat Barn where activities, meals and yoga classes will be held. The shared bathrooms are in this building. Both have a kitchenette and eating area.

These private rooms are located in The Retreat Barn where many of the activities, meals, and yoga classes will be held. Both are equipped with roomy beds and reading nooks. They are also in close proximity to the shared bathrooms for added convenience.
